→ Chia Pudding Base
01 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
02 - 1/4 cup chia seeds
03 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
→ Fruit Layer
05 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
→ Topping
06 - 1/4 cup granola
# Directions:
01 - Whisk almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until well blended.
02 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.
03 - Wash and dry the mixed berries. Slice strawberries if using.
04 - Spoon a portion of chia pudding into the bottom of a glass. Arrange a layer of fresh berries over the pudding.
05 - Repeat layering with remaining chia pudding and mixed berries. Top each parfait with granola before serving.
