  • Filling: 120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 red bell pepper, finely diced, 1/4 yellow bell pepper, finely diced, 1/4 cucumber, finely diced (seeds removed), 1 small carrot, peeled and grated, 2 tbsp chives or green onions, finely chopped, Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1:
Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut a star from each bread slice. Reserve the scraps for breadcrumbs or another use.
