02 - 1 cup unflavored sparkling water
03 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
04 - 1 tablespoon hot buffalo sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

06 - 2 small dill pickles, thinly sliced
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Combine dill pickle brine, unflavored sparkling water, ranch dressing, hot buffalo sauce, and honey or agave syrup in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
02 - Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or spice by adding more honey or buffalo sauce if desired.
03 - Add several pickle slices and a pinch of fresh dill (if using) into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
04 - Carefully pour the prepared liquid mixture into the molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
05 - Place molds in the freezer and chill for a minimum of 4 hours, or until fully solidified.
06 - To unmold, briefly run the popsicle molds under warm water until pops release easily. Serve immediately.
