# Directions:
01 - Boil salted water and blanch broccoli florets for 2 minutes until bright green and just tender; drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
03 - Add shrimp in a single layer; season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
04 - Add blanched broccoli to skillet; stir in remaining 2 tablespoons butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Toss to coat and cook 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.
