01 - 8 ounces angel hair pasta

02 - 12 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp, medium size

05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Directions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
03 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
04 - Add drained pasta to the skillet, toss with shrimp and aromatics. If needed, add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
05 - Remove from heat. Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve immediately.
