# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • Everything gets crispy and bubbly in under fifteen minutes, no dough rolling or waiting around.
  • You can make a dozen at once and still have fewer dishes than a single frozen pizza.
  • They taste like the kind of snack you convince yourself is dinner, and no one judges you for it.
02 -
  • If you skip the parchment paper, the cheese will fuse to the pan and youll spend ten minutes scraping it off with a spatula.
  • Dont spread the sauce too thick or the bagels get soggy instead of crispy. A thin even layer is all you need.
  • Watch them in the last two minutes because ovens run hot and the tops can go from golden to burned faster than you think.
03 -
  • Toast the bagel halves for 3 minutes before adding toppings if you want an extra-crispy base that wont get soggy.
  • Use a mix of mozzarella and cheddar for a sharper, more complex cheese flavor that stands up to the pepperoni.
  • Brush the edges of the bagels with a little olive oil before baking to get golden, crispy crusts that taste like garlic bread.
