06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices

# Directions:
01 - In a thoroughly cleaned glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice. Mix gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter secured by a rubber band. Allow to ferment at ambient temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours, until the mixture develops slight carbonation and a tangy aroma.
03 - Remove kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Discard or reserve for subsequent fermentation.
04 - In a pitcher, combine the fermented soda base, fresh orange and lime juices, and mint leaves. Stir gently to integrate flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the blended mocktail over ice, garnish each glass with a thin orange slice and additional mint if desired.
