  • Goat Cheese: 60 g, crumbled
  • Prosciutto (optional): 50 g
  • Salami (optional): 50 g
  • Cucumber: 1/2, sliced
  • Carrot: 1 small, sliced into sticks
  • Cherry Tomatoes: 6, halved
  • Marinated Artichoke Hearts: 1/4 cup
  • Apple: 1/2, sliced
  • Grapes: 1/2 cup
  • Hummus: 1/4 cup
  • Tzatziki: 1/4 cup
  • Fig Jam: 2 tbsp
  • Mixed Nuts: 1/2 cup
